Skin update. Fixes for Neoboot. Screen Neoboot moved from the main skin to add-ons Thanks to this, in the Pro version we can choose skins included in Neoboot.
For versions other than 9 Pro, if someone wants to use my graphics in neo, choose skin_Neoboot in add-ons
And if someone has version 9 Pro, it is better to choose skin_Neoboot-Pro
