New OSCam-11693 PowerVU problem has been fixed for ICONE 4K ...

- Changeset 11693

- completely updated in which everything has been fixed, especially the PowerVU problem, especially the Powerview channels on the Taurus satellite with frequency 12303
- After some brothers complained about the twitching in the blogs on frequency 12303, this version was made after updating the original source.
