AEL-Skinparts adapted to the possibilities of AEL > R140 for the preference of poster/cover with additional frame around images e.g. If there is no cover, but a poster, the poster is displayed instead of the cover (Note: The skin still works without AEL or with earlier AEL versions, only without the cover/poster switch and the frame around images)
