There is an option of in-line search and one is of manual search. If you search manually then you will have to enter full details of frequency, like 10968 V
DVB-S2/8PSK
7916 5/6
Then you will see the correct signal strength and then you can scan.

@sanjay kumar I can't make a blind scan, master, how can I do it?

While doing a blind scan and typing stop frequency and numbers, my master writes mixed words.
