"no match file" when upgrade "firmware .bin" for spider s300 premium box

Hi, i have " spider s300 premium" box

when i try to upgrade it says "no match file"

do i need to hex edit the .bin and put my mac address ? can anybody help me with this issue ( im new and need help please)

i think try to software update from loader via RS 232 cable ...https://download1073.mediafire.com/kent ... gersat.rar

- Now we will carry out the conversion process, and first please upload the dump to your device to avoid any problem
1- Do a factory reset for your device, and it is better twice
2- Connect the receiver with the upgrade cable and turn off the device from behind
3- Open the bootloader and set the value to 8000 as the picture shows


- Press START, turn on the device from the back, and wait until it completes uploading the dump.
- After completion, you will find the dump file inside the same folder that contains the loader.

- Now we are downloading the new Software..



- Turn off the device from behind and open the bootloader again as shown in the picture.
- Press START and turn on the device from behind



- Do not touch anything and wait until the completion of the process and the appearance of this message



When finished, factory reset the SPIDER device
