How to used that & which software need for same

I am ready to pay for nominal fees for same , if anyone teach me

Actually i want to watch worldwide channels via satelite or other methods like movies/sports/18+ etc etc

- STALKER PORTAL/IPTV need Androied box/smart box or any working media player
