- Update v1.0-r5

- improved detection of events through additional use of year and event type (series / movie)
- New setup option from which duration in minutes an event is rated as a 'movie' (otherwise series)
- Made the setup option for "delete before loading" a little more understandable
- PVR quick button in EventView to open the EDM search (TMDB) directly
- improved assignment for events with an underscore in the title (only the part before the first "_" is used)
- further entries in the default json

- After Autoscan, the Lastscan time is now saved permanently, so that the scan does not restart after a GS- new setup option "show scan message during
background scan" (default = yes)
- customized tv_channels.json (added service reference for VOXup HD and RTLup HD)
- default_title_links.json extended.
