- Fixed satellite priority matching for EPG - a mask bug meant almost
  none of the 19 known satellites could ever match, and 11 of them had
  the wrong orbital position value besides
- Fixed bouquets not showing correct EPG after export until a manual
  reload/reboot
- Fixed proxy status freezing after selecting a country instead of
  refreshing live
- Fixed the Console (installer) screen always showing English text
- Fixed anonymous usage stats firing on every plugin open instead of
  once per boot
- Fixed the proxy's token-refresh monitor running at half the intended
  frequency
- Consolidated country-name matching into a single lookup table
- Hardened EPG cache writes against corruption from a crash/power loss
- Removed another block of dead code with no remaining callers
