Please somebody help me..
I have got a openbox s2 mini HD+ box from a friend of mine.
i was able to update the FW to v228 and receiver is working on FTA channels.
can somebody please guide me to enter softcam key file, and cccam line to this receiver.

open constant.cw as text file(.txt) in computer
edit the keycode in the file Constant.cw
save the file in USB
insert the USB into the openbox receiver
go to menu "NETWORK SETUP"----CCCAM CLIENT SETUP"
update files by USB
"constant.cw(cccam plug) , then press ok
press the yellow key on the remote controller, the receiver will save the files.

Channel lists and database formats of old versions (XXX - 227) are FULLY COMPATIBLE with version 228!!! After updating from very old versions, it is possible to reset to factory settings, so I advise you to first save the settings data, channel list, keys and server list !!!

I have not saved any files before upgrading.
I am not familiar with openbox format
what we have used to do with save keys with softcam.key file and cline with cccam.cfg file
is it possible to use these with this box.
please fogive me if I am asking silly question.

It doesn't matter if you didn't save the data, but now you have updated the new firmware, now you reset factory, and check again
