- Udate v7.0

- added new "LayoutThemes" in MerlinSkinThemes
- update Movieplayer - added video resolution/codec
- update SecondInfobar - added new screens
- various small fixes
Hints:
With the "LayoutThemes" the skin background can be adjusted as follows in MerlinSkinThemes:
- hdsuisse_Standard ( black/grey )..
- hdsuisse_Transparent (slight transparency)..
- hdsuisse_Skin-Color ( same color as skin color )..
When selecting "Transparent" as the layout, "Hide first InfoBar when second is displayed" should be switched on in the settings of the second InfoBar.
Screens with "mini-TV" and radio have no TV transparency.
With the layout selection "Skin-Color" together with the design Gray, it makes no difference to the "Standard" and with the design Dark it becomes completely dark.
