- Ncam V14.4
- fix (unable to get PIN) for CAID 0913 thanks to ohmza
- Drop quickfixes for Providers that do not exist anymore thanks to @lpm11
- Drop guessing CAID, this is really obsolete thanks to @lpm11
- Update jquery to 3.7.1 thanks to @lpm11
- Disable poll_status when READER_VIDEOGUARD is not enabled (no other CA uses it) thanks to @lpm11
- Fix openssl dependency
