NCam emulator...

- NCam 5.5 r1 (official)
- Increased the limit of allowed clients.
- Fixes and optimizations in doublecheck.
- Fixes for DGcrypt and addition of Caid 4AB0.
- Added forced ipv4 (only available for viewing using IPV6).
- Increased MAX_ECM_SIZE for SECA/NAGRA/NAGRA_MERLIN.
