Adobe releases latest Flash Player update and recommends uninstalling..

Adobe will no longer provide updates for its popular plugin and recommends uninstalling it as soon as possible.

Adobe has just released a new update for its Flash Player software which is a bit special. This is indeed the last update of the program, whose support officially ends on December 31, 2020. In addition, Adobe has also indicated that its Flash Player will block the playback of Flash content from January 12. 2021.

The publisher recommends uninstalling Flash Player and thanks the users, as well as the developers, who have created great Flash content since its launch in 1996:

Adobe has posted a special page on its site that gives details about Flash Player's end of life and how to uninstall it manually.

For its part, Microsoft offers an optional update that allows you to remove the Adobe Flash player in Internet Explorer 11 and the old version of the Edge browser.
