Mac address works in one player, on another doesn't

Can someone help me, I found one iptv portal with mac address and it works in one player on my laptop, but when I tried to play it on my android TV it doesn't work. I tried it also on some other player on my laptop and it also wont work.
Someone said to me that User Agent should be changed on other players with the one that is on the working player, but I don't know how to do this.
Anyone has other ideas what could be the problem, where should I go next?
PS: I wanted to post this topic in IPTV Zone forum, but I don't see topics with discussions there.
