- Fix double definitions of some DES functions on cscrypt/mdc2.c
* Some DES functions on cscrypt/mdc2.c was double defined when oscam is compiled with OpenSSL.
This commit will make sure that all DES functions on cscrypt/mdc2.c won't be double defined as those functions which already on OpenSSL.
