Sherlock plugin mod ver. 1.0

Modification of the well-known but half-forgotten Sherlock plugin, creatively reworked and updated.

- The plugins menu starts up, but it's easier to assign it a "hot" button.
- Requires the bitrate plugin installed from the feed.
- The buttons "left" and "right" change the background of the background, which is remembered when you exit the plugin.

Tested on ATV, PLI, BH images.

- An incompatibility issue was seen after installing the latest version
- Replace the attached plugin file after decompressing it to the path
