The first broadcast will be the match between the youth teams of Switzerland and Slovakia, which will take place on December 25 at 21:00.

It is noteworthy that this year the tournament is being held in one city instead of the usual two - Canadian Edmonton. Ten participating teams arrived at the venue of the championship on December 13, more than ten days before its start. The reason is simple: all teams need to go through a mandatory weekly quarantine before they can start full-fledged training in the "bubble".

The main and strictest rule of the "bubble" is that it is forbidden to leave for all participants and staff. This area includes the main arena, hotel and training rink, located in close proximity to each other. The organizers can keep track of the movements of the participants thanks to special bracelets that must be worn at all times in the safe area. In the hotel, each team is limited to its own floor, as well as meeting and dining rooms assigned to each of the participating countries.
