workaround issue where if Opera is the default web browser, when playing a video locally it is not possible for BubbleUPnP to display the system video app chooser as Opera always handle the video no matter what. In that situation, VLC is now automatically launched if it installed. If not, a popup dialog is displayed explaining this situation and possible workarounds
