Eurosport broadcasts the Champions Chess Tour in Europe and Asia..

Eurosport and the Play Magnus Group recently reached an agreement on the rights to broadcast the Chess Chess Tour stunt in Europe and Asia . This is the first online professional chess tour, which will premiere in its second year in the 2021 season.

Chess will be included alongside Eurosport platforms alongside other sports such as tennis Grand Slam, cycling or the World Ski Championships. Opening to viewers from over 60 regional markets in Europe and Asia, professional chess will be available to millions of new fans.

Thanks to the agreement, Eurosport is broadcasting the Champions Chess Tour qualifying rounds live in English, German, French and Spanish. They will be available on digital platforms Eurosport App (Europe), Dplay (Finland) and Discovery Plus (India). Highlights from the 2021 individual league matches will also be featured in regular broadcast times for Eurosport 1, Eurosport Asia and Eurosport India.
