E2Piconizer V1.17

-Fixed code linting
-Fixed invalid font reference in skin files
-Fixed dependencies check
Made compatible with python 3.9 images - openatv 7 / openvix 6 etc
Note this plugin does not work on dreamboxes as it requires threading to do multiple things at once. It would be far too slow without threading.
