They block the streaming of 16 pages that broadcast football

The Italian authorities have blocked 16 web pages that contained links through which the Serie B football championship matches were broadcast in live streaming mode.

This was decided by the Court of Milan after the Series B Law filed a precautionary appeal against some illegal IPTV services.

The ruling, as a matter of urgency, identified in the systematic reiteration of the illicit dissemination of the contents with the consequent additional damage, to the detriment of the Lega Series B and its exclusive licensees.

And it is that the economic damage also directly affects, according to the sentence, those operators that have contracted the broadcasting rights of Series B, as is the case, for example, of Footters in Spain.

This is the first appeal of the Lega Series B against a piracy activity from which a judge ordered the immediate blocking of these web pages.
